From 1997 til 1998 I conducted a polyphonic choir (four-voices); I attended a course on choir conduction in the same period of time.
I play the piano mainly in chamber ensembles; I also accompany other musicians during exams or concerts. In the past years I tried several times to establish my own chamber ensemble with some friends of mine, but unfortunately we always had to give up. Anyway, I am always searching for serious musicians that are interested in forming a chamber or jazz ensemble.
I play the organ at wedding Masses, as a soloist or with other musicians.
Since 2001 I have been a member of the SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) under the category "Composers". So far, I have registered the following compositions:
- "Pomeriggio d'estate" (Summer Afternoon) for flute and piano
- "Divertimento per flauto, violino, clarinetto e pianoforte" (Divertimento for flute, violin, clarinet and piano)
- "Suite per orchestra Cappuccetto Rosso" (Little Red Riding Hood Orchestral suite ) for two flutes, clarinet, two bassoons, two trumpets, two French horns, harp, piano four-hands, percussions, violins I, violins II, cellos, Soprani and Alti ad libitum
- "Emicant sidera" (Stars shine, in Latin) for flute, violin, viola, bass clarinet, French horn and timpani
My composition "Pomeriggio d'estate" was performed at the Conservatory during the final concert of all Composition classes in May, 2000, and during a concert at the Oratorio S. Nicola in Vicenza (a church) in May, 2002 (this was its first public execution).
In May, 2002 I wrote the music (Divertimento per flauto, violino, clarinetto e pianoforte) for the play "Esercizi di stile", which was performed at the Conservatory.
My musical play "Cappuccetto Rosso" was noticed at a Composition Contest, in which I took part in February, 2003.
In December, 2003 I finished composing ten orchestral variations, which were performed at the Conservatory on March 10, 2004.
I am actually working on several compositions; for example, a couple of orchestral works, a trio for violin, clarinet and cello, a duo for violin and piano, and a fantasia for flute and harp.
